Privacy Policy
TetraTrack ("we", "the app") is a multi-agent AI trading analysis tool. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can remove it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself, only a salted PBKDF2 hash).
- Usage data: app visits and the tickers you analyze (date, ticker, resulting rating), tied to your account, so your own history and the app's aggregate usage stats can be shown.
- Your AI provider API key (optional): if you choose to use your own OpenAI/Anthropic/etc. key instead of the app's shared plan, it is sent only with that one analysis request and is never stored on our server or in our database.
What we don't collect
We do not collect your device contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or any financial account credentials. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How your data is used
Account data lets you log in and keeps your analysis history private to you. Usage data lets the app show you your own past runs and lets the app owner see aggregate usage (e.g. how many people use the app) — never your password, and your AI provider key is never persisted anywhere.
Third parties
Ticker analysis calls an AI model provider (OpenAI/ChatGPT, or whichever provider you configure) to generate the report, and a market-data provider (Yahoo Finance) and CoinGecko for coin search — only the ticker/date you request is sent to them, never your account email or password.
Data retention & deletion
Your account and personal data are kept until you delete them. You can delete your account and all personal data at any time from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. This immediately removes your email, password, and active sessions; your past analysis records are kept only in anonymized, non-identifiable form for aggregate statistics.

Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
